Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By using Azadi's platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Legal Agreement: These Terms are legally binding.
Section 2

Eligibility

  • At least 16 years old (or parental consent)
  • Provide accurate registration info
  • Student, scholar, or academic professional
  • Not from Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk
Verification: Accounts may be suspended if requirements aren't met.
Section 3

User Accounts

3.1 Creation

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3.2 Security

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. Azadi is not liable for losses from failure to protect your account.

3.3 Accuracy

Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.

Section 4

Payment Terms

Sliding scale fees based on country of residence:

All payments are non-refundable. Payment must be completed before processing.

Note: Users from restricted jurisdictions cannot complete payments due to U.S. sanctions.

Academic Integrity

  • Submit authentic, original materials
  • No plagiarism, fraud, or misrepresentation
  • Respect partner universities' IP
  • Comply with all academic policies
Academic Honesty: Violations result in account termination.
Section 6

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures.

Restriction: We do not collect data from Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk.
Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the Azadi platform is owned by Azadi or its content suppliers and protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content without written permission.

Section 8

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azadi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past twelve months.

Section 9

Termination

Azadi may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for harmful conduct.

You may terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your access will cease.

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. and California law. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in San Francisco County, California.

Section 11

Changes to Terms

Azadi reserves the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
